CH Series Trough Mixer

CH series tank-type mixer is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, electronic and other industries, dry powder and paste material mixing, especially for high uniformity requirements, material specific gravity difference, and a certain amount of water content material mixing, the machine has a compact structure, simple operation, beautiful appearance, covers an area of small, easy to clean up, mixing effect and so on.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

This machine through mechanical transmission, make S-type stirring paddle rotation, promote the material reciprocating flip, uniform mixing, operation with electrical control, can set the mixing time, when the automatic shutdown, electric pouring, so as to improve the mixing quality of each batch of materials to achieve a high degree of uniformity of the mixing.

 

EQUIPMENT FEATURES

The whole machine of CH series trough mixer is made of stainless steel, featuring compact structure, simple operation, beautiful appearance, small footprint, convenient cleaning, good mixing effect, etc. It meets the requirements of GMP. The gap between the slurry leaf and the barrel is small, no dead angle for mixing, the mixing shaft is equipped with sealing device at both ends, which can prevent the material from diarrhea, the mixing drive shaft is installed with one-way spherical thrust bearing and radial thrust bearing at both ends, which can effectively prevent the radial fluctuation due to the load in the process of mixing, and the U-type barrel adopts the push-button pointing control, which is convenient for discharging the material. Widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries.

STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS

This machine is driven by electric motor through triangle belt wheel, scroll bar and turbine to drag the stirring slurry to make it rotate at 24r/min.

The one-way thrust ball bearings at both ends of the mixing shaft can prevent radial tampering due to load, and there are adjusting screws at both ends of the mixing shaft, which can freely adjust the axial position of the right power turbine, so as to make the turbine and the center line of the turbine bar square.

When pouring material, rotate the handwheel at the left end of the machine, because the turbine and turbine rod transmission has a self-locking effect. Therefore, the mixing box can pour the material at any angle.
