 YJP-C   Capsule Polisher

This machine is a new type of special equipment for pharmaceuticals. Driven by a stepless variable speed motor, it can polish and clean the components attached to the surface of capsules and tablets, so as to improve the surface finish of pharmaceuticals and meet the hygienic standards of the pharmaceutical industry.

Modular and easy to clean design:
The equipment is usually made of stainless steel material (such as 304 or 316L), which complies with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements.
The structure is simple, easy to disassemble and assemble, with no dead corners or very few dead corners, making it easy to thoroughly clean and replace varieties, effectively preventing cross contamination.
Multi layer screen configuration:
Usually equipped with two or more layers of screen mesh. The upper sieve removes large and adhered pieces, the lower sieve removes debris and powder, and the middle layer contains qualified tablets.
The mesh size of the sieve can be quickly changed according to the size and shape of the tablet, and it has a wide range of applicability.
Closed operation:
The entire screening process is carried out in a sealed environment, effectively preventing dust leakage, protecting the production environment, and avoiding the entry of external pollutants, which meets the requirements of clean production.
