DPP-270A Flat Type Blister Packing Machine  

The blister packing machine is special for pharmaceutical,food, chemical industrial usage. It has the function of packaging, detecting,rejection. It adopted PLC control system, touch screen interface, frequency converter system,which make the machine automatic running more stable and enhanced the machine life time. The machine can use ALU PVC, ALU ALU, PVC PAPER material for blister packaging. It meet GMP standard.

EQUIPMENT CHARACTERISTICS

1. PLC & Servo motor controlling, accurate and stable running. 

2. It adopted imported eye mark sensor tracing. 

3. Adopted HMI, easy operating and maintenance. The driving length can be set in touch screen. 

4. Mold changing time within 30 minutes.

5. The travel scope is adjustable,and the mold is located in the groove for easy mold changing.

6. Automatic feeding system,and the mold and feeder can be designed based on different products.

7. It can use easy tearing line pressing device,batch printing device and waste collecting and eye mark tracing device. 

8. The heating molds separate automatically when the machine stopped, which protect the packaging material and increase the machine life time. 

Key Components

Forming Station – Heats and molds a plastic sheet (PVC, PET, PP, etc.) into blister cavities.
Product Loading Station – Manually or automatically places products into the formed blisters.
Sealing Station – Applies heat and pressure to bond a lidding material (foil or film) to the blister sheet.
Punching/Cutting Station – Cuts individual blister packs from the main sheet.
Control System – PLC or touch-screen interface for adjusting temperature, speed, and sealing parameters.
