WFJ-Series  Ultrafine Pulverizer

This machine is composed of seven main parts: a crushing host, a grading mechanism, a cyclone separator, a dust removal box, an electromagnetic pulse mechanism, a high-pressure centrifugal induced draft fan, and an electric control box. It has various performances such as air selection, no screen, no mesh, and uniform particle size, and the production process is continuous. This machine is widely used for crushing various materials with different characteristics, such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, etc.

OPERATIONAL PRINCIPLE

The material enters the crushing chamber through a spiral conveyor from the hopper, and is cut and crushed by high-speed rotating blades. The powder crosses the guide ring and enters the grading chamber. Due to the rotation of the grading wheel, the powder flowing into the blade passage is subjected to both aerodynamic and centrifugal forces. Particles larger than the critical diameter (graded particle size) in the powder are thrown back into the crushing chamber due to their large mass. Particles smaller than the critical diameter are transported through negative pressure air through the discharge pipe into the cyclone separator and bag filter, and the discharged material meets the product requirements. The higher the rotation speed of the grading impeller, the finer the material crushing. Conversely, the lower the rotation speed of the grading impeller, the relatively coarser the material crushing fineness. This machine is designed according to the "GMP" standard, and there is no dust flying during the crushing process.
