SL-Series Double Cone Mixer

This machine is mainly used for uniform mixing of powdery and granular materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, electronics, and food.

MACHINE FEATURES

High mixing accuracy, no dead corners
Working principle: When the container (double conical cylinder) rotates, the material inside will continuously undergo reciprocating motion of opening and closing. Meanwhile, due to the conical structure of the cylinder, the material can generate convection, shear, and diffusion mixing in both axial and radial directions.
Effect: This multi-dimensional composite motion ensures that materials can achieve very uniform mixing, especially for materials with similar physical properties (specific gravity, particle size), the mixing uniformity is extremely high.
Less wear and tear on materials
Unlike some mixers with high-speed stirring blades, the double cone mixer mainly relies on the gravity flow of the material itself for mixing, without strong mechanical shear force.
This makes it very suitable for mixing materials that are fragile, crystal sensitive, or afraid of damaging particle integrity, such as catalysts, granular drugs, brittle foods, etc.
Easy to clean and unload
Simple structure: The entire mixing chamber is a smooth cylinder, usually without complex mixing blades or shafts inside, making cleaning very convenient and complying with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements, making it easy to change batches and products.
