GD-8-K Series   Granule Pouch Packing Machine

Process characteristics

Step by step intermittent homework: Its workflow is completed in steps and intermittently. A work cycle typically includes:
Bag retrieval: Vacuum suction cups or mechanical grippers extract a bag from the bag storage.
Opening the bag: Accurately open the bag opening by blowing air, suction cups, or claws.
Filling: Fill the opened bag with materials such as granules, powders, liquids, sauces, and lumps.
Exhaust (optional): For powders or materials that are prone to dust, air will be extracted first and then sealed to reduce the air inside the bag.
Sealing: The heat sealing device heats and seals the bag opening (back sealing, corner insertion, etc. can be set).
Output: Output the finished bags and count them.
