FL-Series  FLUID BED DRYER GRANULATOR

FL series boiling one-step granulator is currently widely used granulation and drying equipment in the world. It is a device that completes mixing, granulation and drying in one closed container at one time (that is, one-step granulator).

The boiling granulation dryer is suitable for mixing, granulating and drying powdery materials. Widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light industry and other fields.

All the parts of FL series fluidized granulating dryer are made of stainless steel, sealed with silicon rubber inflatable sealing ring, and the particle size can be controlled by using a two-flow spray gun. Mixing, granulation and drying are completed in the same airtight container, the operation is fast and efficient, and dust flying, leakage and pollution are avoided.

FL series fluidized granulating dryer has beautiful appearance, small air resistance, no dead angle, easy to clean, and meets GMP requirements.

BASIC WORKING PRINCIPLE

Feeding method: Using the negative pressure of the equipment itself, the mixed powder in the IBC bucket or other hard shell container is sucked into the fluidized bed container, and the process purposes of mixing, top spraying granulation, drying and cooling are realized according to the process parameters.

Boiling one-step pelletizing machine material powder particles, in the raw material container (fluidized bed) in a ring fluidization state, by the purified heated air preheating and mixing, the adhesive solution atomized into, so that a number of particles gathered into the adhesive particles, due to the continuous drying of hot air materials, so that the water in the particles evaporated, the adhesive solidified, this process is repeated. Forming ideal and uniform multi-microporous spherical particles.

PROCESS REQUIREMENTS

1. The particle size range of granulated products is 16-60 mesh (according to process requirements).

2. All welding must be done by argon arc welding process, and all welding parts must be polished and passivated with smooth surface.

3. The discharge port shall be cleared at one time and shall not accumulate material.

4. Surface finish: material contact surface and equipment surface roughness Ra < 0.6μm, outer surface roughness Ra < 0.8μm, surface linearity on the diagonal ≤5/1000.

5. The motor should run smoothly without noise and jitter, and the working noise is less than 75db.

6. Ac three-phase five-wire power supply to ensure reliable grounding of the system. The machine has an emergency stop and effective button in the obvious easy-to-operate position.

7. Others shall be implemented according to industry standards.
