DSL-8/12 Automatic Counting Machine
The empty bottle is placed in the bottling position manually, and the drug enters the drug bin in an orderly manner through the vibration of the feeding corrugated plate. The drug bin is equipped with a counting photoelectric sensor, and the drug falling into the drug bin is quantitatively counted by the photoelectric counting sensor and then loaded into the bottle. Manually filled bottles are removed and new empty bottles are placed to be filled.

3. Anti high dust: Adopting our company's unique anti high dust photoelectric sensing technology, it can work stably even under high dust conditions;
4. Accurate counting: The photoelectric sensor automatically counts, and the bottling error is less than the national standard;
5. The special structure of the leakage nozzle can prevent drug blockage, and small bottles can also be quickly bottled (optional);
6. High level of intelligence, with multiple detection and alarm control functions such as no bottles, no counting, and fault self inspection;
7. Functional matching: Automatic detection and automatic shutdown of bottle shortage photoelectric sensor;
