FG-Series  FLUID BED DRYER

The FG series boiling dryer is a widely used granulation drying equipment internationally.

Boiling dryer is suitable for drying powdered materials. Widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light industry and other fields.

All parts in contact with the material in this series of boiling dryers are made of stainless steel and sealed with silicone rubber inflatable sealing rings. Mixing is completed in the same sealed container, which operates quickly and efficiently, while avoiding dust flying, leakage, and pollution. Beautiful appearance, low wind resistance, no dead corners, easy to clean, in compliance with GMP requirements.

EQUIPMENT PERFORMANCE

l Dry in a sealed environment, designed, manufactured, and used in accordance with GMP hygiene standards.

l The filtering chamber consists of two chambers, one on the left and one on the right. During operation, it alternately cleans and removes dust, achieving continuous fluidized bed cleaning and avoiding dead beds.

l Fluidized bed equipment has: large heat exchange capacity, conducive to drying, and short completion time.

l It has strict interlocking function to prevent misoperation.

l The equipment adopts a closed circular structure, with no dead corners, easy and rapid cleaning, and no cross contamination.
