RLB-Series  Strip Packing Machine

The RLB soft aluminum packaging machine is the latest generation of soft double aluminum packaging equipment developed by our company. The equipment has a novel design, advanced structure, and adopts a PLC touch screen control system, which is characterized by high efficiency, low noise, and simple and convenient operation.

The feeding method adopts a servo operated whole row feeding mechanism, which automatically controls the feeding. The number of punching and cutting plates can be freely set, and the feeding, cutting, heat sealing, cutting, batch number printing, punching and counting processes are all automatically completed, achieving high-speed operation. Widely applicable to various tablets and capsules in the pharmaceutical and health product industries, as well as various electronic components similar to tablets in the electronic industry, the soft double aluminum packaging can achieve good sealing and light shielding effects, greatly extending the product's shelf life and making it easy to carry.

MACHINE FEATURES

1. The equipment casing is welded with 304 # stainless steel plate, with a beautiful and practical appearance.

2. The entire machine adopts a PLC touch screen control system, and the number of punching and cutting plates can be freely set and adjusted on the touch screen, without worrying about the trouble of frequently changing various gears and cams due to changing packaging specifications and varieties.

3. The temperature control of the hot sealing roller mold is controlled by an analog temperature module, and an advanced K-type temperature probe is used for temperature measurement to ensure stable and reliable surface temperature of the hot sealing roller mold and improve the sealing performance of the hot sealing medicine plate.

4. The host adopts a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, ensuring stable and reliable equipment operation, simple transmission structure, and convenient maintenance.

5. This machine is also equipped with optional functions such as solid-state mold wheel coding, image and text alignment, fiber optic detection of missing particles and waste removal, to meet the diverse needs of different customers.
