SBH-Series Three-Dimensional Mixerr

The three-dimensional motion mixer is widely used for mixing dry powder materials in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. It is a sterile, dust-free, fully enclosed, high-efficiency and energy-saving powder mixer. It can also quickly and evenly mix several materials with different specific gravity and particle size. The machine uses the unique alternating pulse motion to continuously promote the mixing of materials. The eddy current produced by the machine has a variable ability gradient, so as to produce excellent mixing effect. The machine also has the advantages of stable operation, low noise, high loading system and short mixing time.The machine through mechanical transmission, make the S-type mixing paddle rotation, push the material reciprocating flip, uniform mixing, operation using electrical control, can set the mixing time, when the automatic stop, electric pouring, so as to improve the mixing quality of each batch of materials, to achieve high uniformity of mixing.

MACHINE FEATURES

1. the inner and outer parts of the machine are made of 304-2b stainless steel, and the barrel is made of 3042b stainless steel, with a material warranty.

2. the materials have no centrifugal effect, specific gravity segregation, stratification and accumulation in the mixing process. Each component can be evenly mixed under a wide weight ratio, and the mixing rate is more than 99.9%.

3. the charging coefficient is high, which can reach 80% (only about 40% for ordinary mixers) and the mixing time is short. It is an ideal product among all kinds of mixers at present.

4. the structure of the equipment is compact, and the transmission part adopts stepless speed regulation (frequency conversion or electromagnetic speed regulation), which is very convenient to operate.

5. all parts of the barrel are arc transition, and have been precision polished to meet the GMP requirements.

6. the electrical control to be mixed shall be mechatronic. The mixer is equipped with an adjustable timing device, which can be set by the user according to the mixing time required for each batch of products, and will automatically stop after the work. Both sides of the mixer are equipped with inching devices, which further reduces the operation difficulty of workers.

Principle and characteristics

1. the machine uses the unique three degree swing, driven by the driving shaft, to make a cycle of translation, rotation and rolling and other composite movements, which promotes the material to make a three-dimensional composite movement along the cylinder, so as to realize the mutual flow, diffusion, accumulation and doping of a variety of materials, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing.

2. the mixing cylinder of the machine moves in multiple directions, and the materials have no centrifugal force, gravity segregation, stratification and accumulation. Each component can have a very different weight ratio, and the mixing rate can reach 98%. It is an ideal product of all kinds of mixers at present, with large cylinder loading rate, high utilization rate, short mixing time, high efficiency and no temperature rise during mixing.

3. except that the transmission system and the frame of the machine body are made of A3 steel, the others are made of high-quality stainless steel.
