Product Description

BYC-Series  Coating Machine

This machine is mainly used for making pellet, coating film on tablets. It can also be used for making ball shape products or granules, mixing, and polishing, etc.

Such as: chocolate polishing, peanut coating, coating sugar, adding flavor, producing pearl dumplings, and pelletizing the desiccant&aluminium hydroxide, porcelain ball making, etc.

This machine consist of main body, worm wheel box, coating pan, heating device, blower, blower, electrical equipment, etc. The transmission process that the motor drive the worm wheel and worm via triangle belt make the coating pan rotate.Then the material erithe and revolve up and down in the coating pan, so that even mixing, pelletizing and polishing can be completed well.

The working principle of sugar coating machine
The sugar coating machine mainly completes the coating process through a "rolling spraying drying" cycle, with the typical process as follows:
Tablets/pills are loaded into the pot and rotated to ensure even rolling of the material.
Spray syrup or coating solution (manually or automatically) to moisten the surface.
Sprinkle powder (such as talcum powder) (commonly used for sugar coating) to prevent adhesion.
Drying with hot air to solidify the coating layer.
Repeat multiple times (usually 10-20 times) until the desired thickness is reached.
