HY-40PTG  Effervescent Tablet Loading Machine

The effervescent tube filling machine is applicable to the packaging of large, thin, single row and orderly overlapping tube bottles. The equipment is all controlled by programmable controllers, optical fiber, photoelectric detection, etc., with stable performance, reliable action and automatic operation. When there are no chips, bottles or caps, it can alarm and stop automatically. The contact part between the equipment and the tablet is made of 316L stainless steel, which fully complies with GMP requirements. It is the most ideal equipment for the packaging of effervescent tablets and similar packaging in pharmaceutical, health care and food factories.

EQUIPMENT HIGHLIGHTS

If the bottle height is the same, and the number of pieces is reduced, it is unnecessary to replace any mold; When changing different bottle heights, only one part needs to be replaced, which is efficient and convenient, and can be switched in less than 10 minutes. Other equipment in the same industry need to replace 5 parts and complicated locks, which is difficult to adjust. The equipment also has the function of eliminating waste due to insufficient filling quantity; No filling, capping and waste kick function.

 WORKFLOW

1. Manually pour the tablets into the tablet storage hopper-tablets enter the sieve part-automatically arrange the tablets into the track-automatically enter the tablet loading position;

2. Manually put the bottle into the bottle storage hopper in the same direction-automatically send the bottle to the tablet loading position;

3. Manually pour the cap into the cap feeding hopper-automatically unscramble the cap-enter the capping position;

4. The machine automatically completes the loading of tablets into bottles, capping and bottle output.

Note: The diameter of the tablet remains the same, the thickness size is within 0.3mm without changing the mold, and the thickness is beyond 0.3mm.

MAIN MATERIALS

The table panel is made of steel and painted, the table cover is made of 304 material, the other parts are made of aluminum alloy oxidation and 304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with the tablet are all made of 316 stainless steel.
