HY-80PTG Effervescent Tablet Loading Machine
The fully automatic horizontal effervescent tablet loading machine achieves mechatronics integration. Automated bottle management, tablet pushing, capping, and capping. This machine is controlled by a computer and displays Chinese menus on the touch screen. This machine is easy to operate and easy to maintain. Suitable for packaging large and thin single row ordered overlapping bottles into tube bottles, this equipment adopts programmable controllers for centralized control, optical fiber, photoelectric detection, etc., with stable performance, reliable action, and automatic operation. When there are situations such as no chips, missing bottles, or missing caps, it can alarm and automatically shut down. The contact part between the equipment and the tablet is made of 316L stainless steel material, which fully meets GMP requirements. It is the most ideal equipment for packaging effervescent tablets and similar packaging in pharmaceutical, health product, and food factories.

COMPOSITION AND FUNCTION
Sieve section: When the tablet is discharged from the storage bin, it passes through the sieve section to remove powder and other substances.
Tablet feeding section: After passing through the screening section, the tablet automatically enters the slide of the tablet arrangement.
Downward slide section: After the tablet passes through the screening area, it automatically enters the slide section for tablet placement, and is ready for bottling after tablet placement
Bottle delivery and bottle management: Manually put the bottle into the bottle management machine, and the bottle management machine will automatically send the bottle into the fixed loading position in the set direction.

Cover feeding vibration plate: Manually place the cover into the vibration plate, and the oscillation will automatically send the cover into the fixed gland position in the set direction.

Electric control part: The entire operation process of the equipment is controlled by PLC and automatically executed in sequence. When a certain packaging is missing, it will automatically alarm and delay the shutdown.
